On Monday, November 22, the department responded to a structure fire on Washington Street. Mutual aid resources from Medway and Hopkinton assisted with water supply and rapid intervention.

On Sunday, September 12, members of the department were honored at the Senior Center by the American Legion at their annual 9/11 Awards Ceremony.

On Thursday, July 1, Chief Michael Cassidy responded to a gas main on Prentice Street which had been hit during a utility pole replacement.

On Wednesday, June 30, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 4 responded to a structure fire on Hanlon Road, caused by a lightning strike to a detached workshop.

On Monday, June 21, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 3 responded to a dumpster fire on Kuniholm Drive.

On Tuesday, June 8, Rescue 1, Engine 4, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle roll-over on Marshall Street. After using the Hurst® Jaws-of-Life to gain access to the driver, he was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 

On Friday, May 21, Rescue 1, Engine 4, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. After using the Hurst® Jaws-of-Life to gain access to the driver, she was transported to MetroWest Medical Center. 

On Saturday, February 13, Engine 1 responded mutual aid to Milford for their 3rd alarm equivalent structure fire on West Street.

On Monday, January 18, the department responded to a structure fire on Winter Street. Two residents were transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. Mutual aid EMS resources were received from Ashland Fire (ALS intercept), Sherborn Fire (BLS transport), and Medway Fire (ALS stand-by). The origin and cause of the fire is under investigation by the Fire and Explosion Investigation Unit of the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
